Routinity PRO – Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain how Routinity PRO subscriptions and purchases work. By purchasing or subscribing to Routinity PRO, you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription Plans
Routinity PRO offers the following purchase options:
- Monthly Subscription
- Annual Subscription
- Lifetime Access (one-time purchase)
Pricing may vary by region and is shown clearly before you confirm payment through the Apple App Store.
2. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
- Routinity does not store or process your payment information directly.
- Applicable taxes may be added depending on your country or region.
3. Auto-Renewal (Monthly & Annual)
For Monthly and Annual subscriptions:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime via:
- iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Canceling stops future billing but does not affect access for the current paid period.
4. Lifetime Access (One-Time Purchase)
- Lifetime Access is a one-time, non-recurring payment.
- Once purchased, Lifetime Access remains active for as long as Routinity PRO is available.
- Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except where required by local law.
- Lifetime Access cannot be transferred or shared between accounts.
5. Refund Policy
- Routinity does not issue refunds directly.
- All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple, according to Apple's refund policy.
- In general:
- Monthly & Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for partially used periods.
- Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, especially after access has been granted.
You may request a refund through Apple if you believe a purchase was made in error, subject to Apple's approval.
6. Cancelation Policy
- You can cancel Monthly or Annual subscriptions anytime.
- Cancelation prevents future charges but does not revoke access until the current billing period ends.
- Lifetime Access does not require cancelation.
7. Changes to Pricing or Plans
- Routinity may update subscription pricing or available plans in the future.
- Any changes will be communicated clearly through the App Store.
- Existing subscribers will not be charged without prior notice and consent from Apple.
8. Feature Availability
- PRO features may evolve, improve, or change over time.
- We aim to continuously enhance PRO value while maintaining core functionality.
- Certain features may be added, updated, or removed to improve user experience.
9. Account & Usage
- PRO access is linked to your Routinity account and Apple ID.
- Sharing accounts or attempting to bypass subscription restrictions is not permitted.
- Abuse or misuse may result in suspension or termination of PRO access.
